Provided all CDM services linked to the redevelopment of a campus for Southampton University including the demolition of a six-storey building and all associated hazardous materials including Abestos and Argon. New builds included Lloyds Registry flagship offices, Maritime Centre of Excellence and a 145m concrete wave tank.

New build SEN school.

We have provided full CDM services as part of the Designed for Life Framework. Projects included the construction of new build healthcare facilities as well as refurbishment works on existing hospital sites making it crucial that the wellbeing of patients and staff was safeguarded. Projects include :-

Prince Charles Hospital - Asbestos strip out

Llandough Hospital - Ward Refurbishment

UHW - Bathroom Refurbishment

Projects have included new build facilities as well as extension and refurbishment of existing buildings and structures.

Construction of a new air traffic control tower.

New infantry training facilities.

Extension of existing Jetties.

Security fence enhancements.

We have current SC clearance.

We are currently working with a number of Housing Associations on rolling contracts to carry out window replacement and also on new build developments including homes and apartments. 

Carried out preliminary works on preferred routes for the A55/A494 Improvement Scheme.

Provided PD role on feasibility works (route options) on the 3rd Menai Crossing.

Produced PCI packs and subsequent site safety audits for over 200 chain retail stores requiring refurbishment.

Refurbishment of two leisure centres including M&E installation on roof, adjusting depth of swimming pool and upgrading changing rooms and WC facilities.

Refurbishment and remodelling of Colston Hall including removal of Abestos and preservation of the listed façade.

Produced complete set of Health and Safety site procedures for a number of large organisations including Permits to Work, RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.

Regularly carry out Site Safety Audits and assist contractors with Construction Phase Plans.

Access audits were carried out on all Welsh Higher Education facilities.

We also have experience of carrying out access audits on National Probation Service offices and court buildings many of which were listed.
