The revised Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 changed the way Health and Safety is managed in construction projects. New roles were created (Principal Designer) and responsibilities changed hands (Client Duties). At Indigo Safety Management Limited we can assist in navigating a way through the number of potential contractual possibilities that exist in the current construction industry. We have worked closely with Clients to allow them to understand and fulfill their new role and associated responsibilities. We can also act as the Principal Designer or provide advice to a nominated Principal Designer on a project, as our knowledge, experience and skills allow us to integrate fully in the Design team and to make a difference to the outcome in terms of Health and Safety.

Health and Safety requirements may initially appear complex and expensive, however, a well developed Health and Safety management system can result in a more efficient business with increased productivity, reduced overheads, a happier workforce and improved public perception.

All our consultants hold professional Health and Safety qualifications in addition to having significant experience of working with a diverse portfolio of clients, all with their own management approaches, expectations and Health and Safety cultures.
