Prepare client brief.
Review Design team appointments.
Carry out gap analysis on existing information.
Provide Pre-Construction Information to the design team.
Ensure suitable management arrangements are in place.
Submit F10 notification.
Ensure Construction Phase Plan is in place.
Ensure H&S is in place throughout the construction phase including welfare facilities.
Ensure PC complies with duties.
Ensure H&S File is prepared.

Make Client aware of their duties.
Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the Health & Safety matters in the Pre-Construction phase.
Ensure Designers control identified Health and Safety risks by the general principles of prevention.
Facilitate design team workshops.
Assist client in preparing Pre-Construction information.
Liaise with Principal Contractor.
Prepare Health and Safety File.

Conduct reviews of the site to aid the client in carrying out their duties to ensure that H&S is in place throughout the Construction phase.
Review Construction administration to ensure all regulatory paperwork is in place.
Provide a CDM Report and a site audit highlighting any issues.
Provide follow up visits to ensure all issues are closed out.
